1. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Arctlo AI.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Arctlo AI to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Do not use the service to build competing AI website generation products.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, assets, and brand inputs you submit. You grant Arctlo AI a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

4. AI Outputs

Generated brand, copy, design, and code outputs are provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them, including for accuracy, legality, and third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Arctlo AI fast and reliable, but the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctlo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Arctlo AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
