• To generate brand, strategy, architecture, and website outputs you request.

• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

3. AI Processing

Prompts and generated outputs may be processed by trusted AI model providers strictly to fulfill your requests. We do not sell your content and we do not use your private project data to train third-party foundation models.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the service (hosting, analytics, payments, email delivery, AI inference). We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time, after which we remove your data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable available security features.
